# Create Account with Passkey

Cantex uses [*passkeys*](https://fidoalliance.org/passkeys/) for stronger security.

Passkeys are supported by modern devices and browsers and let you sign in using Face ID, fingerprint or a device PIN; without a password. They’re phishing-resistant and backed by Apple, Google and Microsoft standards.

Common passkey providers that support WebAuthn PRF extension include:

* Bitwarden
* 1Password
* Google Password Manager
* Apple iCloud Keychain
